About Gallus Brass Quintet

Gallus Brass Quintet was formed in the Autumn of 2021 as the musicians were completing their postgraduate studies at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and has since gone on to perform in venues across Scotland and Europe.

The quintet draws inspiration from a variety of musical genres, including classical, jazz, musical theatre and contemporary works, and ensure to create a diverse and musically informative programme for every concert.

Accomplishments of the group include a rooftop concert at the Victoria International Arts Festival in Gozo, Malta and a highly commended performance in the David James Brass Competition. Regardless of venue or genre, Gallus Brass Quintet strives to create high quality performances that keep audiences engaged and entertained.
